The office isn't very large, it’s mostly filled with maps, travel guides, and a few desks where we sit and talk to our clients. We aren't one of those big online companies where you never talk to a real person. We like to sit down and figure out travel plans the old-fashioned way. It involves a lot of phone calls to airlines and hotels and checking schedules over and over again. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when a flight is delayed, but we just do our best to fix it. We don't use any flashy marketing language or talk about "dream vacations." We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Our clients are mostly people from the neighborhood or those who have heard about us from friends. We just focus on the details and try to be as helpful as we can from our little office on Nyay Marg. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
