We are located over in Allahpur, which is a part of U.P. that has its own rhythm. The office is actually connected to where Sri Anup Kumar Verma’s family is, so it feels very much like a local spot. We started this because people around here always needed a reliable way to get to the next town or handle their paperwork for trips. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of maps pinned up on the walls. Most days, it’s just us answering the phone and trying to figure out the best routes for someone going to the city. The traffic outside can get pretty loud in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. We just know the local roads and which buses or trains are running late. It’s a lot of talking to people and making sure they don't get stuck somewhere. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to finish a booking, but that’s just how it is here. We like being in this part of Allahpur because everyone knows each other.
