Unique Air Travel P Ltd is situated at 3154/228 in Chander Nagar. That’s in the Tri Nagar area of Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Tri Nagar, you know how packed the streets can get. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a small space where we do all the air travel planning. We have a lot of regular customers who live in the neighborhood and just walk over when they need a ticket. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s more like a place where you sit down and have a chat about your travel dates. We have a few computers and a printer that we use all day long. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else on the block. The street outside is full of shops and vendors, so it’s never boring. We’ve been at this Chander Nagar address for quite some time now. We don't do much advertising; people just know we’re here. The office has some old posters on the wall and a lot of files piled up. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop in a busy Delhi market. We open early and stay until the last customer is sorted out. It can be exhausting but seeing people head off on their trips makes the day go by faster.
