Union Industries (Family Business)

Union Industries has been a family thing for a long time now. We’re located in East Patel Nagar, right at 46/7. It’s one of those businesses where the kids grew up running around the office while the parents worked. We handle industrial supplies and various materials for other local companies. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside, but we’ve got a lot of history here. Most of our customers have been buying from us for decades because they knew my father or my uncle. We keep the shop open six days a week, and there’s always someone from the family around to handle things. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If there’s a problem, you just talk to whoever is behind the desk. It gets a bit cluttered with samples and old ledgers, but we know where everything is. New Delhi can be a tough place for small businesses, but being in Patel Nagar feels like home. We’ve seen the neighborhood change from quiet streets to a busy hub. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is supplying the local industry with what they need. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We take pride in being a family-run operation that doesn't rely on flashy advertisements or big talk. We just want to get the orders right and keep our customers happy without any extra fuss.
