Uniktravels

Uniktravels is based out of Adrash Nagar, specifically over at D-3 Prithvi Raj Road. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows with the street vendors and passing cars. We’ve been at this Ashraf Ali Khan location for a good while. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of rooms where we keep our maps and old files. People come in mostly to talk about where they want to go next or to drop off some paperwork. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate vibe, just a few of us sitting at desks trying to figure out schedules and routes. The coffee machine breaks sometimes, but we get by with the tea stall down the corner. Dealing with travel means things change fast, so we’re usually pretty busy during the peak seasons. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to drop in after their own work hours. The street outside can get a bit loud with the horns and the market nearby, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that written on the walls. We just show up, answer the phones, and try to help people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. If you need us, we're usually here until late evening.
