Unik Travels

Our little office for Unik Travels is located at Pd-76/C in Pitam Pur. If you know New Delhi, you know this area can get pretty crowded, especially during the rush hours. We spend our days looking at maps and bus schedules or trying to find the right train tickets for people who walk in. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit noisy when three or four people are all talking at once. We don't have any big fancy brochures on every wall, just some posters and a lot of notebooks filled with notes. People come to us when they want to go somewhere and they don't want to deal with the confusing websites themselves. We do our best to find a way for them to get where they need to go. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop and we have to write things down on scraps of paper. We aren't a big corporate travel chain. We are just a few people in Pitam Pur who know how to get around. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. We know which routes are usually delayed and which ones are okay. It’s honest work and we like seeing someone come back from a trip with a smile. We keep the tea kettle going and try to stay on top of the bookings. It’s just how we run things here. No fluff, just travel plans and a lot of talking to get people moving.
