Our office, Uniglobe Le Travel World Pvt Ltd, is located at House No. 251/5.L-I in Sangam Vihar. We are right by Budh Bazaar on Devli Road in the Khanpu area. It’s a very crowded and lively part of the city. There’s always a market going on or people rushing around the bazaar. Our space is just a regular room in the house where we’ve set up our computers and phones. It’s not a fancy travel agency with big posters of beaches on the walls. It’s more of a humble workspace. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out their travel plans. The noise from Devli Road can be quite loud, especially on market days, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just a few of us trying to help people get where they need to go. Sangam Vihar is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of locals dropping in just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't use a lot of complicated language or try to sell things people don’t need. We just sit at our desks at House No. 251/5 and do what we can. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the papers, but it’s our way of working. We've been here long enough that the noise feels normal now. We are just local people.
