Uniglobe Kochhar Travel( Canadian Firm )

We are up on the fourth floor of the Friends Apartments, which is number 15 over in Gaffar Manzil. It’s in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We mostly sit around desks covered in brochures and flight itineraries. This is a Canadian firm originally, but we are the local branch here. People come to us when they are confused about flight prices or need a complicated route sorted out. We spend a lot of time on booking systems. It can be a bit noisy in the office when everyone is on the phone at once. Jamia Nagar is a lively area, so there is always something going on outside. We have some regular customers who just drop by for a cup of tea and to ask about holiday spots. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We try to find the best routes without making it too expensive. Some days are slow, and some days we can’t even take a lunch break because the phones won't stop ringing. It’s 110 025 for the pin code. We’ve been at 24/84 Gaffar Manzil for quite a while now. It’s just a normal office where we try to help folks get from point A to point B.
