Our office is right on 2 East Park Road in Karol Bagh. If you know this area, you know it is always packed with people and cars and noise. We have been at this spot for quite a bit, booking tickets and sorting out travel plans for folks. It is a pretty simple setup inside the building. We have rows of desks with some older monitors and stacks of travel brochures that nobody really looks at anymore because everything has gone online. The floor is a bit worn out from all the people coming in and out over the many years. Karol Bagh has a certain kind of energy, and we definitely feel that here every day. There is always someone shouting outside or a horn honking. We try to keep the place organized, but files usually end up scattered around the desks by noon. We are not a big flashy agency; we just focus on the bookings and the boring details of travel. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing and other times the office is oddly quiet. We drink a lot of chai from the small shop downstairs while we wait for the booking systems to load. Most of the guys here have been in the travel business since long before everything was on mobile apps. We know the quirks of the different airlines and how to handle a missed flight. It is just what we do. It is practical work.
