We don't really have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. Most of what we do happens over the computer and through emails. It’s a bit of a different way to run things, but it keeps us flexible. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing out replies to people. The main way people get a hold of us is through that Hotmail address, Reemav06. It’s been our main contact point for a long time. Even though we aren't sitting in a traditional office, we stay quite busy throughout the day. You’ll usually find us sitting at home or in a small shared space with a laptop and a phone nearby. It can get a little lonely without the usual office chatter, but we make it work. We handle a lot of requests for trips and travel plans, and it’s all about keeping track of the details in our inbox. Sometimes the emails pile up and we have to spend the whole evening catching up. It’s a simple way of doing business without the overhead of a big building. We just focus on getting back to people as fast as we can. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and allows us to work from wherever we happen to be that day. It’s just us and our keyboards, mostly. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do, and most folks seem to appreciate the direct way we communicate.
