Uni Air Cargo is based out of House No 1823 in Sector-8, Faridabad. It is a residential house that we turned into an office. It’s not a big warehouse or a shiny office building. We work from the ground floor and the rooms are packed with boxes and computers. Living and working in Faridabad means we are used to the dusty roads and the heat. We handle air cargo, so we spend most of our time on the phone with the airport and customs people. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go as planned. Flights get delayed or paperwork gets stuck, and we have to fix it. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We eat lunch together every day, usually something someone brought from home. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice compared to the chaos of the city. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small plate near the door. Most people wouldn't even know there’s a logistics company here. We don't do much advertising. People find us through word of mouth or because they’ve used us before. We just try to get the packages where they need to go. It’s a simple business run by regular people who just want to do a good job. We keep a spare key under a flower pot just in case someone forgets theirs, and we always have a bit of cold water ready for the delivery guys who come by.
