UnderCbre Facility

We are a small team working out of E-62 in the Khyala J.J. Colony area. It is a busy part of New Delhi and we stay quite occupied with the daily tasks of running UnderCbre Facility. Our office is not a fancy place with modern furniture. It is just a practical spot where we keep our tools and take our phone calls. We spend most of our time dealing with cleaning and maintenance work around the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout to be heard, but that is just life here. We have been at this address for a while and the locals know where to find us. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write shiny speeches. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things that need fixing. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a leak to plug or a floor to scrub somewhere nearby. We keep our notebooks full of schedules and our shelves full of supplies. It is honest work that keeps us on our feet. We like being part of the community in Khyala. People stop by to chat or ask for help with small jobs. We do not use big words to explain what we do. We just work hard and try to make sure everything we touch is a bit better than we found it. That is the way we have always done things.
