Our office is tucked away in B-93 Subhadra Colony in New Delhi-35. It is a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work away from the main road chaos. We have been operating from this building for several years. It is essentially a small setup with just a few rooms dedicated to the business. We handle a lot of visa work and travel documents. You will usually find us surrounded by stacks of passports and application forms. The printer is almost always running and sometimes it makes a loud grinding noise. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk to our neighbors. The sun hits the front window in the morning, making it quite bright. We take our lunch breaks together in the small kitchen at the back. It’s a simple way of living and working. We don't have a flashy website or big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. We spend the day checking details and making sure names are spelled correctly on the forms. A single mistake can cause a lot of delay, so we have to be careful. The neighborhood children play outside in the afternoons. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we try to do our best for the people who come to us.
