U P Hotels Ltd. Delhi

We are located in a house in Paschim Vihar, specifically at B-1 in Raksha Kunj. It is a bit different because we are running a hotel company from a residential street. The office is basically a converted home where we handle all the management and administrative stuff for the hotels. There are stairs to climb and different rooms that have been turned into offices for the staff. It feels a bit more personal than a big corporate tower. You might see some files stacked on a dining table or a cupboard full of old ledgers. We manage properties in different cities from this one spot in New Delhi. The neighborhood is usually quiet, which is nice compared to the busy markets. We spend our days on the phone with the various hotel managers and checking on the accounts. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies are ordered. We have a small team here, so everyone knows each other well. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area. It is not a high-pressure environment with glass walls, just a regular group of people working out of a house to keep the hotels running smoothly. We’ve been here in Paschim Vihar for years and it suits the way we work. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly at the end of the day.
