We are based at 20/33 in Old Rajinder Nagar. Tybros (India) Tours Pvt. Ltd has been in this part of New Delhi - 45 for quite a while now. It’s a lively neighborhood and we fit right in. We spend our time putting together trips and tours for people who want to see different places. It isn't a fancy setup with leather sofas and coffee machines. We mostly have maps and computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Traveling is what we know, so that’s what we focus on. Some days we are helping people figure out train tickets and other days it’s bigger trips. We don't try to sound like a huge multinational company because we aren't. We are just a local team in Rajinder Nagar working out of our office. The streets around here can get pretty crowded, but we like the energy. It keeps us going. We aren't really into big marketing talk or trying to impress people with fancy brochures. We just talk to folks and try to help them get where they want to go. Every day brings a new set of questions. It might be about a destination in India or somewhere else. We just take it as it comes. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we get things sorted eventually. That is just life in the travel business for us. We just keep our office doors open and see who comes by.
