Turkish Airlines

This is basically us over here, mostly reachable through Noni_Kishor@Yahoo.Co.In. It’s a bit of a different way to run things, not having a big physical office address listed, but this email is where everything happens. We handle the Turkish Airlines queries and whatever else comes through the inbox. It gets pretty full some days. Dealing with people online means we don't see many faces, but we hear a lot of stories. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk, checking the mail, and typing back as fast as possible. You get used to the glow of the monitor after a few hours. We don't have a big team or a fancy building with a logo on top. It’s just this digital connection. Sometimes the internet is slow and that makes things a bit difficult. We try to stay on top of the messages. People ask about flights or tickets and we look into it. It’s practical work. No big meetings or suits around here. Just a quiet space and a keyboard. It might seem strange to just have an email like Noni_Kishor@Yahoo.Co.In but it’s been working for us. We answer when we can. It’s a simple life, really. Just keeping track of the messages and making sure nobody is left waiting too long. It’s just how we do things, one email at a time, every single day. We don't need much more than a working connection and a bit of patience to get through the work.
