Turkish Airlines

Our local spot is in Narela, specifically at House Number 1722 in Pana Amurpur. It’s a bit of a different setting for an airline office since it’s tucked into a residential and local trade area rather than a shiny airport terminal. We handle a lot of the local inquiries and ticketing stuff for people living in this part of Delhi-110040. The office is small and simple. We sit here and work through the flight bookings on our screens, often explaining the different routes and timings to people who walk in from the street. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us eventually. We deal with a lot of questions about baggage and connections. Because we are in Narela, the pace is a bit different than the main office downtown. We know the neighbors and sometimes the power goes out, so we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of place where we just handle the day-to-day requirements of travelers. No big corporate banners, just a desk, a few chairs, and the work that needs doing. It feels more like a part of the community here. We just try to get the tickets issued and the questions answered so people can get on with their trips. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet.
