Our place is located at Khasara No. 647 in Devli Village, right near Tinu Public School. It’s a bit of a unique spot for a hospitality business, but we like it here. We are a franchise of F-Bar, so things can get pretty lively. Even though we are part of a bigger name, we run things like a local shop. We focus on the hospitality side, making sure the atmosphere is right and the guests are taken care of. It’s a lot of late nights and early mornings for us. The area around Devli is always buzzing with local life, and we are part of that fabric now. We don't go for that super polished corporate look. Instead, we keep things real and focus on what’s happening on the floor. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the neighborhood well. We spend our shifts making sure the music is okay and the drinks are served. It’s hard work, and sometimes it gets stressful when the place is full, but we enjoy the energy. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just run the place and try to make sure everything works the way it’s supposed to. It’s a practical business in a busy part of New Delhi. We spend time training the new guys and checking the inventory to make sure we don't run out of anything during a busy weekend rush.
