Ttp Travles is situated at 110, Model Basti, which is right near the old Filmistan Cinema. If you’re from around here, you probably know that cinema well. Our office is in a pretty old part of New Delhi, so there’s a lot of life and noise around us all the time. We mostly help people with their travel plans, like booking tickets and figuring out where to stay. It’s a lot of searching through websites and making phone calls to find the right dates. People come into the office sometimes just to ask questions or to get their tickets printed out. We have a lot of folders and brochures lying around, though most things are online now. We don't really have a big, polished way of talking about ourselves. We are just a travel agency trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the systems go down or the prices change suddenly, and we have to explain that to frustrated customers. It can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we don't let it get to us. We’re just regular people working in a busy neighborhood. We like being near the cinema because it’s a good landmark. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the bookings done right. That is how we have always operated here in Model Basti.
