Tsi - North East Travels

Tsi - North East Travels is based over at 35/300 in Himmatpuri. We are specifically in the Ur Vihar Ase-1 area of Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze to find our office if you aren't originally from around here. The office is where we plan out trips and handle all the various bookings that come in. We focus on the North East side of the country mostly because we know it well. It’s a small office with a few maps pinned on the wall and some old computers. We spend a huge amount of time on the phone talking to drivers and hotels in different states. It can be quite stressful when plans change at the last minute because of weather. We don't have a fancy lounge area for our customers to sit in. It’s just a functional place where we get our work done. We have been in Himmatpuri for several years now. The neighborhood is very residential and stays busy all day long. We know the local chai wallah quite well since we go there often. Our days are always filled with checking schedules and making sure everything is ready for the people traveling. We don't make big promises or use those glossy brochures. We just tell people how the situation is on the ground. Sometimes things go wrong with roads, and we just deal with it as it happens. That’s just the nature of the travel business. We are just a group of people working together.
