Truly India Tours & Travels is run out of a small office in Mahipalpur Extension. You can find us at House No. 180-B, down Lane Number 3. It's a busy part of New Delhi, especially because it's so close to the international airport. Shashikant Gupta is the one who handles most of the booking and the emails. You can reach him at the yahoo address if you need anything specific. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to get around India. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, trying to figure out the best routes and prices for people. The office is simple, with just some maps on the wall and a couple of desks. It gets a bit hectic when the tourist season starts, and we often have drivers coming in and out to pick up papers. Mahipalpur is always moving, with a lot of hotels and guest houses around us, so there is never a dull moment. We don't have a fancy website with thousands of stock photos. We just tell people the truth about where they are going and what to expect. It's a very straightforward way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just one that people can talk to directly. It's just us doing our best to help folks travel.
