Our office is over at US-119 in the School Block of Mandawali Fazalpur. We are situated near Preet Vihar, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. The area is always bustling with students and local shops. We work out of a small space here, focusing on hospitality services and making sure guests are taken care of. It is not a flashy building, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different hotels and service providers. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving papers from one side of the desk to the other, but it all needs to be done. We have a few computers that are always running and a stack of ledgers for keeping track of things. The neighborhood can be quite noisy during the day with all the traffic and people walking by. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Usually, we are busy answering emails or trying to solve some problem with a booking. It’s a straightforward operation and we just try to keep everything organized so nothing gets missed. If you are in the Mandawali area, you’ve probably walked right past us without even realizing we were in here working.
