Trivoli Grand

Trivoli Grand is tucked away in Mayur Vihar, right at 313 C Poket C. It is a place where we host quite a few local events and provide rooms for people visiting New Delhi. It is rarely quiet around here because there is almost always a wedding or some kind of small meeting going on in the halls. We spend a lot of our time checking guests in and making sure the rooms are actually ready for them. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow when the building is full, or the lobby gets a bit cramped with everyone’s luggage. We are just a group of regular people working here to keep the place running. We have our daily routine of cleaning, cooking, and answering the phones. Mayur Vihar is a good spot to be in, and being in Poket C makes us fairly easy to find once you get off the main road. We do not try to act like we are some huge international chain. We just provide a place for people to sleep or have a party. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how to handle the busy weekends without losing our heads. It gets stressful when multiple events happen at the exact same time, but we manage. We just talk to our guests like they are neighbors. It is a lot of work, but we take it one day at a time.
