If you go to Street Number 7 in Laxmi Nagar, you’ll find us at D-131 on the 3rd floor. Kundan Kumar is the main person who manages the office here at Tripplanners. Laxmi Nagar is a very busy part of East Delhi, and our street is no exception to the noise. It’s always full of students, shoppers, and people rushing to the metro station nearby. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a workout every day since there isn't an elevator in the building, but we don't mind the stairs. The office is quite small and packed with all sorts of travel documents, train schedules, and hotel listings. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer trying to get people’s trips sorted out. It’s a lot of work to coordinate everything, and sometimes things get a bit messy on the desks. We aren't a high-end agency with leather chairs and fancy coffee machines for guests. We just have basic desks and a lot of focus on what we do. The noise from the street always makes its way inside, so it’s never truly quiet here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bookings for the day. It’s a very honest, local business where we know our customers. We don't have any corporate polish, just a desire to help people travel without trouble.
