Trip Travels Pvt Ltd is located over at H 51 on Street No 5 in Shakarpur. It’s a typical Delhi street, pretty narrow and always someone honking a horn nearby. We’ve been in this 110092 area for a while now. The office is just a regular room where we keep all the travel books, tickets, and computer screens. It’s not a big corporate travel agency with a glossy storefront. It’s more of a place where you sit down on a plastic chair and talk about where you want to go. We spend most of our time looking at routes and trying to fix schedules. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a map or two pinned up. Shakarpur is a busy place, and Street No 5 has its own rhythm. We know most of the neighbors and the guy who runs the tea stall around the corner. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all have to wait a minute, but that’s part of the life here. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the business well. It's a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. If you come by, you'll see we're just normal people working hard to get things sorted. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It's a simple life in this part of Delhi.
