Trip Planners

Trip Planners is located at Paschim Vihar Dda Market 101. It’s a small shop in a busy market area. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. The office is tucked away in the Dda Market, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the printer going or the phone ringing. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to navigate the travel websites and the booking portals. People come in from the market to ask about bus tickets or hotels, and we do our best to find something that isn’t too expensive. The furniture is a bit old, and the floor has some scuffs from all the people coming in and out over the years. We have some posters of mountains and beaches on the walls, but they’ve been there so long they are starting to curl at the edges. Running Trip Planners isn’t glamorous work. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on the tickets. If we make a mistake, it’s a big problem, so we try to be careful even when we are tired. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so it can get warm in here. We just pull the blinds and keep working. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we like being part of the Paschim Vihar community.
