We are based at K-22/2 in Saurav Vihar, which is down in the Badarpur area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a crowded neighborhood, but we have been here long enough that we know most of our neighbors. Our work is mainly about technical solutions and fixing things that go wrong with computers and networks. We have two main phone lines, 9891136702 and 9990218197, and they ring quite a bit during the day. The office is basically just one large room where we have all our equipment set up. There are cables running across the floor and shelves full of old parts that we might need someday. We don’t have a cleaning crew, so we just take turns sweeping up at the end of the week. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to see people in suits. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting problems for people who call us from all over the city. It can be frustrating when we can't find a solution right away, but we keep at it until we figure it out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do our work and hope that people are satisfied enough to tell others. The summer heat in Badarpur is no joke, so we are very thankful for our air conditioner even if it makes a loud humming noise.
