Trident Hilton Gurgoan

We are based near the APS Colony and the Army Camps, close to KV 2 in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a unique spot because of the military presence nearby, which keeps the area feeling very orderly and quiet compared to the rest of the city. We handle hospitality and guest services, focusing on making sure people have a place to stay that feels right. The work is mostly about coordination and managing the daily needs of the property. It’s not all fancy uniforms and grand entrances behind the scenes. There’s a lot of logistical work, like checking inventories and making sure the cleaning staff has what they need. We have a small office where we manage the bookings and talk to vendors. The people working here come from all over, some from Gurgaon and others from different parts of Delhi. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between different sections of the building. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any scripted lines we have to say. We just try to be polite and get things sorted out as they come up. Sometimes things go wrong, a pipe might leak or a reservation gets mixed up, and we just deal with it calmly. It’s a steady job in a nice, secure part of town. We are just here doing our bit to keep the hospitality side of things moving along.
