Tricorn Hk Ltd is located in a DDA Flat, number 62, in Phase 2 of GK 3. Working out of a flat gives the whole place a different feel than a glass office tower. It’s more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We have computers set up where a dining table might have been, and the kitchen is mostly just for making endless rounds of tea and coffee. Being in Greater Kailash 3 is nice because the area is a bit more settled, though finding a parking spot near the flat can be a real headache some days. We deal with various business matters, mostly involving paperwork and some international coordination. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a fancy receptionist; if the door rings, whoever is closest to it usually gets up to see who it is. The rooms are filled with files and some old office furniture that we've had for years. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend money on expensive decor because we'd rather just focus on getting the tasks finished. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a quiet, steady kind of environment where we can just focus on our clients and the details of the projects we are handling at the moment, without too much distraction.
