Travex

Our office is at E-33 in Greater Kailash-III, near Masjid Moth. It’s a pretty nice spot in New Delhi, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We work on travel arrangements, which basically means we spend most of our time on the phone or on the internet. The office isn't very large. It’s just a couple of rooms with some desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We have maps pinned to the walls, though they’re a bit old and some of the edges are curling. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right place. Most of us have lived in Delhi our whole lives, so we know how to get around the city and how to find things. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We aren't a huge global company with offices everywhere. We’re just a small team working out of Greater Kailash. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of people are trying to book things at the same time, but we usually manage to get it sorted out. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get a bit of fresh air, even if the air in Delhi isn't always that fresh. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just tell people what the prices are and help them book their trips.
