You can find us at 906, Sector-5 over in R.K. Puram. It’s a small office but we manage to get a lot done from here. Travel is one of those things that can be a real headache if you don’t know what you are doing, so that is where we come in. We handle the bookings and the paperwork that most people hate dealing with. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. We've got maps on the walls and plenty of old folders piled up on the desks. It isn't the quietest place, especially when everyone is trying to coordinate different flights at the same time. We have been in this spot for a good bit of time and know the neighbors well. We aren't some massive call center; we are just a few people who like helping others see new places. Some days are slower than others, giving us time to catch up on filing. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just the basics that work. If someone wants to go somewhere, we try our best to find a way that fits. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just answer the phone, listen to what people need, and try to make it happen without too much fuss. Being in R.K. Puram makes it easy for folks to drop by when they are nearby. It isn't a polished corporate office, but it works for us and the people we help every day.
