Our office is located at 17/539 in the DDA Flats in New Delhi, zip code 110019. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace for Travels Pvt. Ltd. Being in a DDA flat means we have neighbors living all around us, so we have to keep the noise down. You can hear kids playing outside or people talking in the corridors while we’re trying to book tickets or plan routes. It’s a very local feel, nothing like those big travel agencies in the malls. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of maps on the walls that have been there forever. Some of them are a bit faded from the sun. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away on old keyboards. The tea lady comes by in the afternoon, and we usually take ten minutes to just sit on the balcony. It’s a bit cramped when more than two customers show up at once, but we make it work. New Delhi 110019 is a busy area, but our little corner in the flats stays somewhat peaceful. We’ve been operating from here for years, so we know all the regulars who live in the block. It’s just a small, honest operation where we handle travel stuff without any big fuss or complicated systems. We are just regular people working out of a flat in Delhi.
