Our place is at H.No.E-19 on Tagore Road. It is a central spot in New Delhi, 110002. It’s a pretty old building but it works for what we do here. The office is basically just one main room where we keep all the files and the computer. You can hear the noise from Tagore Road all day long because it is always crowded with people and cars. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people who want to go somewhere. It isn't a corporate setup with a receptionist or fancy chairs. Just a few of us sitting around desks. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to fix it ourselves. We take care of things as they come. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Travels Agency is just the name on the letterhead. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized, even when it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork. The 110002 area is always moving and we just move along with it. We don't use big words or pretend to be some giant corporation. We are just here on Tagore Road doing the travel bookings every day. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, there is someone coming in to ask about a ticket or a price. It’s just a normal day-to-day business that we run as best as we can.
