Our office is located at 572 on the ground floor in Guru Ram Dass Nagar, which is part of Laxmi Nagar in New Delhi. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. It’s a lively part of the city, and it can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and people passing by. We spend our hours looking at travel data and trying to find the right routes for everyone. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The desks are a bit old and the chairs might creak a little, but the computers work fine. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We focus on the screens and the phones. Laxmi Nagar is a crowded place, and we are right there in the thick of it. Sometimes people just wander in asking for directions, and we help them out too. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people. We just speak like we would to anyone else. It’s about being helpful and getting the task finished. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls or walks through the door. We handle a lot of technical stuff on the backend that people don't see. It’s just us, working away in this corner of New Delhi. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. It feels like home, even when the work gets busy and the noise outside starts to pick up.
