We have our small office located at 28, Sec-14, Pkt-2, Phase-2 in Dwarka. It is a straightforward travel desk where we handle bookings and ticketing for people in the local area. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees; it is just a few of us sitting at our computers for most of the day. We spend a lot of time looking for flight routes and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another without too much trouble. The office can get a bit messy with piles of papers and printed itineraries lying around on the desks. Dwarka is a nice place to work because it’s a bit more organized than some other parts of the city. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who work nearby and need help with a trip. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Sometimes the booking systems are slow or the internet acts up, which makes things a bit stressful, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have any fancy brochures or big signs outside the office. It is just a regular place where we do our work and try to help people with their travel plans. We like the quiet pace of Phase-2 and it suits the way we run things here. It’s just a normal business day for our staff.
