Travelport (Ebookers)

Our office is situated right on the Outer Ring Road in New Delhi, specifically in the 110087 area. Being on the Outer Ring Road means we see a lot of traffic every single day, but it also makes us easy to find. We work in the travel sector, specifically helping out with the Ebookers side of things. Most of our day is spent dealing with travel bookings, flights, and all the little details that go into a trip. It can be a bit hectic when there are delays or changes, but that’s just the nature of the travel business. We have a team of people who are used to looking at flight schedules and hotel lists all day long. The office is a functional space—nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the job done. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to make sure the bookings we handle are correct. We talk to people from all over, and sometimes the accents can be tricky, but we figure it out. There’s a lot of typing and checking dates over and over. When we aren’t busy with customers, we’re usually just chatting about our own weekend plans or where to get the best lunch nearby. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to keep things relaxed even when the phones are ringing off the hook. This is how we have been doing things for several years now.
