Travelocity

We are located on the second floor of D-90 in Fateh Nagar, right near the Reliance Fresh. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the store is, so they can find us pretty easily. Being on the second floor means we’re a little bit removed from the noise of the street, but you still hear the horns and the people downstairs. Most of our day is spent sitting at desks, looking at screens, and talking on the phone to try and get travel plans sorted out. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with bookings and trying to make sure the dates line up for people. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and some old maps on the wall that have been there forever. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a door and a place to sit while we work through the queues. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around, which is just part of the job. We grab lunch from the local shops nearby and usually eat at our desks while we keep an eye on the systems. It’s a regular office job where we help people figure out where they’re going, one ticket at a time. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we’re used to the creaky stairs and the busy neighborhood vibe. It is just us trying to keep things organized.
