Our office is at 102, Triveni Apartment, located in the West Enclace area of Pitam Pura. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office space. We run Travelmasti.Com from here. Basically, we spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and talking to people on the phone about their trips. It’s a lot of screen time, but we enjoy the variety of places we get to learn about. Pitam Pura is a nice part of New Delhi, and being in an apartment complex like Triveni makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We have some brochures piled up on the side tables and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned all the little tricks of the travel business. It’s not always easy, especially when flights get cancelled or plans change last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who call us. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well enough to joke around when things get stressful.
