Our office is on the 2nd floor at 9/26 in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s where we do all our travel planning. We’ve got maps pinned to the walls and stacks of folders for different trips we’re working on. It’s not a high-tech travel agency with big screens; it’s mostly just us on our phones and computers trying to get things booked. The 110015 area is where we’ve been based for a long time. People usually call us up or send an email when they want to go somewhere, and we spend the day looking for the best routes and places to stay. It gets a bit chaotic when it’s holiday season and everyone wants to leave at once. We have piles of brochures that we probably should throw away, but they just keep sitting there. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which is nice, but it can get pretty warm. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know a lot about different destinations. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know and try to get the details right. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it from this same floor for years now. New Delhi is a busy place to run a business, but we like our little spot at Travelmasti.Com. We keep things pretty simple.
