We are based over in Noida at Rajkamal Saini’s place. It’s a pretty standard office setup where we spend most of our time dealing with travel plans. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and seeing who needs what for their upcoming trips. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood is familiar to us. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we just shut the windows and keep at it. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors or anything. We have some desks, a couple of old computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to airlines or trying to figure out hotel dates for people. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Some days the internet is acting up and we have to wait around, which is frustrating but that’s just life here. We usually grab some snacks from the shop downstairs when we get a break. Most of the folks who come to us are just looking for a simple way to get their holidays sorted without too much trouble. We just sit here and do the booking work. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates so nobody gets stuck at the airport. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it. We are just regular people working in Noida.
