Travelmasti Holidays Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a flat in Dwarka. Specifically, it’s Flat No.-237 in Sec-23, Pocket-1. It’s a bit different from having a shop on a main road, as we are based in a residential block. The New Delhi 110075 area is quite organized, and our pocket is usually peaceful. We use the flat as our main office where we sort out all the holiday bookings and travel plans. There are maps and papers scattered across the tables most of the time. Because we are in a residential building, we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the families living next door. It’s a small team of us working here. We don't have a big glass storefront with posters of beaches, just our desks and our computers inside the flat. When people come to visit us to talk about their trips, they usually have to call from the gate so we can let them in. It feels more personal this way, almost like you’re just visiting a friend to talk about a vacation. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and hotels, trying to get things lined up. The kitchen in the flat is where we take our breaks and have our lunch. It’s a simple setup that works for us. We’ve been in this Dwarka spot for a while and we know the local shops around the corner well.
