Travelmasti Holidays Pvt. Ltd

The office here in Sidharth Kunj, Dwarka, is usually pretty packed with files and sticky notes all over the desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or answering emails from people who want to take a break from their regular lives. Travelmasti Holidays Pvt. Ltd isn’t a huge fancy operation, just a group of us working out of this spot in Sec-7. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is bad, but mostly it's just a lot of checking flight times and making sure hotel bookings actually went through. We've had people come in wanting all sorts of different trips, and we do our best to find something that works for them without too much trouble. It’s a lot of staring at computer screens and drinking tea while we wait for systems to load. The building gets a bit noisy in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. Sometimes we make mistakes with a name or a date and have to spend an hour fixing it, which is just how it goes in this business. We just stay here in C-142 until the work for the day is mostly done. It’s a job like any other, but seeing someone get excited about their holiday makes the long hours feel okay. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping folks get from one place to another.
