Travelite (India)

We are Travelite (India) and we are based at 2522 in Punjabi Basti. We are right by the Subji Mandi and near Kamla Nagar in New Delhi, zip code 110007. If you know that area, you know it is one of the busiest places in the city. There is always a lot of shouting and the sound of carts being moved because of the vegetable market. Our office is right in the thick of it. We have been here for many years and we are very used to the noise and the crowds. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements across India. Our desks are usually a mess with printouts and notebooks and half-empty cups of tea. We don't have a fancy reception or any corporate branding on the walls. It is just a plain office where we work hard every day. We talk to a lot of different people, from bus drivers to hotel managers. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors and the other shop owners. We aren't trying to be a high-end agency, we just want to help people get where they need to go. We know the train routes and the local hotels like the back of our hand. It is just what we do. We stay until the last booking is confirmed.
