We operate out of a space near Badarpur Road, specifically G-50/7 in Gali No. 2A. It’s a bit of a unique spot because we are c/o Amarpal Singh right there on the 40 Foota Road near the Tata Telco area. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi with lots of trucks and traffic moving past all the time. Our work is all about travel and getting people moved from one place to another. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers and checking on where different vehicles are located. It’s a lot of logistics to keep track of, and the office can feel a bit cramped when everyone is working at once. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where the real work happens. Sometimes we are planning a long tour for a group, and other times we are just sorting out a quick shuttle for someone. The dust from the road outside comes in sometimes, but we just keep going. It’s the kind of business where you have to be ready for anything because things change fast on the road. We know the local routes well and we just try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can given how crazy the traffic gets around here. It takes a lot of patience to handle all these schedules.
