Our office is in Moti Nagar, specifically at B-42. If you know the West Delhi area, you know it's always moving. We’ve been here for a while now, helping folks with their travel stuff. It’s not a big fancy place with posters everywhere. We just have a few chairs and some maps. People walk in because they want to go somewhere else for a bit. We sit down and look at the options on the screen. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait. It is just part of being in Delhi. We don't have a big marketing department. Usually, it's just a few of us answering the phone or replying to emails. The neighborhood is loud, but it’s home. We deal with trains, planes, and cars every day. Sometimes people get frustrated with their plans, and we try to sort it out. It is just practical work. We don't promise anything life-changing. We just get the tickets done. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow. Most of our neighbors are also small businesses. We see the same people every morning when we open up. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the paperwork is correct before people leave for their trips. It’s better to be careful with the details than to rush things.
