Travelink

Travelink is based in a DDA flat at 157-C in the Jhilmil Colony area of Delhi. It’s an LIG flat, so the space is quite limited, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. Jhilmil is a typical residential colony with lots of narrow lanes and small shops everywhere. Our office is basically the front room of the flat. We have a couple of old desks and some computers that take a while to start up in the morning. We spend a lot of time looking at travel routes and trying to book tickets for people who live in the neighborhood. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’ve found the right place. The flat is a bit cluttered with old files and travel guides that are probably out of date by now. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though we often forget to water them. It’s a very casual environment. We wear our normal clothes and talk about the news or the weather while we work. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait or use our phones to check things. It isn't a high-tech setup, but it’s our little corner of Jhilmil. We just try to help people with their travel plans without making it too complicated.
