Travelguru

We’re up on the third floor at 211C in Munirka. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our space here isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. Travelguru has been around for a while, and this office in Munirka is where a lot of the planning and organizing happens. It’s a busy neighborhood in Delhi, full of students and people working nearby. There’s always a lot of noise coming from the street, but it’s quieter once you get up to the third floor. We spend most of our time on the computers or talking to people about their travel plans. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking dates and making sure tickets are right. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when everyone is trying to book at once, but we just take it one person at a time. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one near the door so you know you’re in the right place. The team here is small, and we mostly just wear casual clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. We aren't some massive call center with hundreds of people. It’s just us in this office, trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a simple business, really, and we like it that way.
