We are over here at S-26 in Viswas Park, right in the middle of Dwarka. It is a busy part of New Delhi and the office stays pretty active most days. If you come by, you’ll see us mostly on the phones or typing away on the computers. We started Travelchacha.Com because we knew people around here needed a hand with their tickets and trips. It’s not a big corporate building or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we keep our files and drink too much tea while we figure out travel routes. The neighborhood is okay, with plenty of people moving around. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get things done eventually. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules for different places. It gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside on the main road, but we are used to it by now. The desks are a bit crowded with papers and old receipts from previous months. We don't really have a fancy reception desk or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. We handle a lot of different things, from short weekend trips to longer ones that take a lot of planning. Mostly, we just try to keep everything organized so nobody misses a flight. It’s honest work and we have been at this spot for a while now. Dwarka is a good place to be based.
