We are tucked away in Sector 11 of Rohini, up in room 302 of the C-1 building. It is a typical Delhi apartment block setup where a lot of small businesses start out. Most of the time it is just us at our desks with the fans going, trying to figure out schedules and routes for people. We aren't some massive call center with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team here. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to print a ticket, and we all end up huddled around it trying to fix the paper tray. That's just the way it is. Rohini is a nice area, though it gets quite crowded in the evenings. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on the ground floor. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens, making sure things are lined up correctly. It’s a lot of detail work. People call us up asking about trips and we tell them what we know. We don't use any scripts or fancy talk. If a place is good, we say so. If a train is always late, we mention that too. It’s better to be honest about how things work out there. We just want to make sure the plans we make actually happen. It's a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we enjoy the work.
