Travelchacha.Com is located right here in New Delhi. We don't have a fancy street address to give out all the time because we do a lot of things online, but this city is where we call home. Delhi is always fast and loud, and we kind of match that energy most of the time. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps and talking to people about where they want to go. It is a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. Our office is a bit messy with brochures and old notes scattered around the desks. It isn't the kind of place where everything is perfect, but we know where everything is. The heat in Delhi during June is no joke, so we mostly stay indoors and keep the AC running as much as we can. We started this because we liked the idea of helping folks get away for a bit. It is just a few of us here, and sometimes we disagree about the best routes or which hotels are actually good. We try to be honest with people because we have been on bad trips ourselves. It is a small business and we put in a lot of hours. Some days are just plain stressful when things don't go right, but that is part of the travel world. We just keep going.
